Read ouroperating principles to see it in full.\nHow you'll make impact\nAs an IT Engineer, you'll own the collaboration platforms that help Airwallex work together and connect with customers every day. You'll combine hands-on technical execution with platform ownership to build secure, scalable solutions across our global environment.\nOwn and evolve Airwallex's collaboration platform stack, including Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, and the surfaces employees use to connect with customers and work together every day.\n\nBuild and operate integrations and workflows across enterprise SaaS applications using code, clickops, command-line tools, terminals, and other technical approaches.\n\nLead Google Workspace operations across a complex global environment, bringing Google products together with Identity Engineering to create a cohesive and reliable employee experience.\n\nPartner with INFOSEC, Revenue Operations, and IT teams around the world to solve hard problems and build secure solutions across the many regions where Airwallex operates.\n\nDrive the onboarding and enablement of AI products and features across the collaboration stack, experimenting, trialling, and turning useful capabilities into faster ways of working.\n\nYou'll work from our San Francisco office three days a week.\nWhat we're looking for\nEssentials\nExperience owning and operating collaboration platforms, including Slack and Google Workspace.\n\nHands-on experience building and managing integrations and workflows across enterprise SaaS applications.\n\nTechnical fluency with code, command-line tools, terminals, and clickops.\n\nExperience managing Google Workspace operations at scale and partnering with identity or security teams.\n\nA track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems with curiosity, sound judgment, and persistence.\n\nPreferred\nExperience with Zoom or other enterprise collaboration platforms.\n\nExperience working with Slack Enterprise Grid.\n\nExperience onboarding, evaluating, or enabling AI products in an enterprise environment.\n\nExperience partnering with INFOSEC, Revenue Operations, and globally distributed IT teams.\n\nYou'll thrive here if\nYou own the outcome and you don't wait for permission to fix what's broken.\n\nYou're comfortable with ambiguity.
