You’ll work with ReactJS and TypeScript to support multi-tenant systems, cross-domain product features, and enterprise integrations serving global customers such as Rippling, Navan, Qantas, and SHEIN. You’ll translate complex business, regulatory, and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable user experiences, balancing tenant isolation, performance, resilience, and delivery speed.\nBuild frontend capabilities for multi-tenant platforms, balancing tenant isolation with resource efficiency and long-term extensibility.\n\nOwn cross-domain product features that bring together business, regulatory, and technical requirements.\n\nDesign enterprise integrations by translating customer business needs into scalable technical solutions.\n\nPartner with Product, Design, Compliance, and Sales to turn complex requirements into clear, reliable experiences.\n\nMake pragmatic trade-offs between performance, maintainability, and delivery speed based on business impact.\n\nYou’ll work from the Singapore office five days a week.\nWhat we're looking for\nEssentials\n5+ years of software engineering experience with ReactJS and TypeScript.\n\nStrong judgment in choosing the right level of abstraction, balancing flexibility and simplicity in system and component design.\n\nClear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nPragmatic decision-making on when to optimise for performance versus velocity based on business impact.\n\nExperience thriving in cross-functional environments spanning Product, Design, Compliance, and Sales.\n\nA track record of designing for scale, maintainability, and production excellence.\n\nPreferred\nExperience in fintech, payments, or another regulated industry.\n\nExperience tuning performance at high scale, including 100k+ QPS, large user bases, or strict latency SLAs.\n\nA background in multi-tenant SaaS or platform architecture.\n\nProficiency with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, or cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.\n\nExperience with OAuth 2.0, API design, or developer documentation.\n\nExperience with cross-region deployment or data residency compliance.\n\nSolutions engineering or customer-facing technical experience.\n\nYou'll thrive here if\nYou've worked in a high-growth or scaling environment and know what it takes to build systems that need to grow with the business.\n\nYou're comfortable with ambiguity.
