Partner with stakeholders and vendors to support business growth and future network evolution.Job Description\nRole & Responsibilities\nLead and govern the Mobile Core Network Voice domain to ensure network availability, stability, performance, and service quality.\nDrive strategic planning, capacity forecasting, and network expansion initiatives to support business growth and technology evolution.\nLead solution design, technical evaluations, and implementation of Mobile Core, IMS, and NFV platforms.\nProvide technical leadership for network optimization, major incident management, root cause analysis, and complex troubleshooting.\nDrive automation, digital transformation, and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service reliability.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver network modernization and business-critical projects.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.\nAt least 5-8 years of experience in Mobile Core Network, Voice Core, IMS, EPC, 5GC, or related telecommunications networks.\nStrong knowledge of Mobile Core Network architecture, Voice Core technologies, Signaling Networks, IP Networking, Virtualization, NFV, and Cloud-based network solutions.\nExperience in network design, capacity planning, performance management, and service quality improvement.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage critical network incidents.\nExperience managing vendors, leading technical projects, and working with cross-functional teams.\nKnowledge of automation and data analytics tools such as Python, Shell Script, SQL, Tableau, Linux, UNIX, and cloud technologies is an advantage.\nStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nFamiliarity with 4G LTE, VoLTE, IMS, and 5G Core technologies is
