Job Summary
Lead and manage the Etopup Platform Operations team, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the Etopup service, optimizing performance, and delivering exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the IT Operation team to ensure effective and efficient daily operations
- Plan, assign, and prioritize operational tasks based on business priorities, workload, and resource capacity
- Monitor system availability, stability, and performance to ensure services meet defined SLA and business requirements
- Lead Major Incident Management and coordinate with Application, Infrastructure, Network, Security, Database, and Vendor teams to restore services within SLA
- Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical and recurring incidents and ensure corrective and preventive actions are completed
- Review and control Change and Deployment activities to minimize operational risks and prevent production incidents
- Identify and drive operational improvement initiatives to improve system reliability, service quality, and operational efficiency
- Drive automation and process improvement to reduce manual operations, human errors, and operational workload
- Escalate critical issues, risks, and service impacts to management with clear status, impact, action plans, and recommendations
- Maintain and improve operational procedures and documentation
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in platform operations, IT service management, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Proven experience with Etopup, mobile money, or similar digital payment platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of IT operations, system monitoring, and incident management processes.
- Familiarity with database management (e.g., SQL) and basic scripting (e.g., Python, Bash) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
