customer experience.\nResponsibilities\n- Lead and manage the IT Operation team to ensure effective and efficient daily operations\n- Plan, assign, and prioritize operational tasks based on business priorities, workload, and resource capacity\n- Monitor system availability, stability, and performance to ensure services meet defined SLA and business requirements\n- Lead Major Incident Management and coordinate with Application, Infrastructure, Network, Security, Database, and Vendor teams to restore services within SLA\n- Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical and recurring incidents and ensure corrective and preventive actions are completed\n- Review and control Change and Deployment activities to minimize operational risks and prevent production incidents\n- Identify and drive operational improvement initiatives to improve system reliability, service quality, and operational efficiency\n- Drive automation and process improvement to reduce manual operations, human errors, and operational workload\n- Escalate critical issues, risks, and service impacts to management with clear status, impact, action plans, and recommendations\n- Maintain and improve operational procedures and documentation\nJob Qualifications\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\n- Minimum of 5 years of experience in platform operations, IT service management, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.\n- Proven experience with Etopup, mobile money, or similar digital payment platforms is highly desirable.\n- Strong understanding of IT operations, system monitoring, and incident management processes.\n- Familiarity with database management (e.g., SQL) and basic scripting (e.g., Python, Bash) is a plus.\n- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.\n- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.\n- Ability to work
