transformation strategy.Job Description\nRole & Responsibilities\nServe as a 2nd Tier Engineer for IP RAN and Transport Networks, providing advanced technical support, fault analysis, and issue resolution for mobile, fixed broadband, and enterprise services.\nOperate and support IP RAN and Transport Networks through network configuration, service provisioning, and implementation activities to ensure service readiness and reliability.\nPerform network performance monitoring, root cause analysis, and complex troubleshooting to maintain network stability and service quality.\nManage and support transport network and grooming switch operations across nationwide network infrastructure.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, field operations, and vendors to resolve network incidents and implement service improvements.\nDesign, develop, and implement automation tools and software solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual activities.\nSupport autonomous network initiatives through process automation, analytics, and continuous improvement of network operations.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nMinimum 4 years of experience in IP RAN, Transport Network Operations, or related telecommunications networks.\nStrong knowledge of IP Networking, IP RAN, Transport Networks, Routing & Switching, and network operations.\nUnderstanding of network troubleshooting, performance management, and service assurance processes.\nExperience or knowledge of programming and automation tools such as Python, Shell Script, SQL, Linux, and API integration.\nFamiliarity with network management, monitoring, and data analytics tools is an advantage.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.\nGood communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with
