auto-scaling solutions, maintaining sub-400ms response latency.\nEstablish comprehensive monitoring and alerting systems using Datadog/CloudWatch.\nBuild CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment across staging and production environments.\nImplement load balancing, failover mechanisms, and eliminate single points of failure.\nDesign and deploy API authentication systems (OAuth2 JWT).\nEnsure HIPAA compliance for data storage and transmission.\nImplement session reliability and state management for real-time voice agents.\nCreate backup and disaster recovery systems for agent configurations.\nMentor and collaborate with the platform engineering team.\nOwn the infrastructure roadmap and scalability strategy.\n\nRequirements: \n5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services (EKS, EC2 RDS, Load Balancers, etc. ).\nProven experience with Kubernetes in production environments.\nStrong background in API security, authentication, and encryption.\nExperience with monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus, CloudWatch, or similar).\nProficiency in CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).\nStrong understanding of networking, security, and system architecture.\nExcellent problem-solving and communication skills.\nStartup experience with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \nHIPAA compliance and healthcare IT experience.\nExperience with real-time communication systems (WebRTC).\nExperience with AI/ML infrastructure
