年以上生产环境项目经验，熟悉所有权模型、异步运行时（tokio）、常用 crate（如 serde, reqwest, sqlx）；\n\n精通 PostgreSQL 或 MySQL，理解事务隔离级别、索引原理、执行计划分析、复制与高可用架构；\n\n精通
