not in demos, not in simulations, but in the field, every day.\nAITAN builds the operating system for multi-drone warfare: one platform that lets a single operator command an entire fleet in real time.\nWe're looking for an experienced Product Manager to own product direction, drive priorities, and turn complex operational needs into new capabilities for our multi-drone platform, working closely with R&D and cross-functional teams across the company.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the product definition and roadmap for a team focused on integration and expansion of capabilities within a universal drone control and flight management platform\nTranslate complex operational and customer needs into clear, prioritized product requirements and execution plans\nDrive structure and alignment by defining priorities, breaking down features into epics and actionable tasks and ensuring end-to-end delivery\nWork closely with engineering, algorithms and flight control teams across software and system-level development\nEngage directly with customers in Israel and globally to shape both near-term delivery and future product direction\nRequirements\n4+ years of experience as a Product Manager leading complex, technology-driven products\nStrong analytical mindset, structured and detail-oriented, with the ability to define direction, set priorities and drive execution\nProven experience collaborating closely with R&D and operation teams on technical and system-level products\nExperience or familiarity with drones, unmanned aerial systems (UAS) and flight control or software-intensive systems -
