This is a key role in a small team - you will be deeply involved in day-to-day accounting, oversee AP/AR, help drive pricing and cost analysis, and ensure our financial processes scale with the company. The ideal candidate thrives in a startup environment, brings strong technical accounting skills and is comfortable wearing multiple hats.\nWhat You'll Do\nAccounting & Financial Operations\nDrive the monthly close process including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting in conjunction with our outsourced accounting partner to ensure a timely, accurate close with reliable visibility \nBuild, maintain, and improve financial accounting policies and internal controls \nManage the multi-entity consolidation process, including intercompany eliminations and reconciliations\nCoordinate inventory tracking and financial reporting in conjunction with the supply chain and operations teams\nSupport budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities\nManage payroll coordination and statutory tax filings\nAccounts Payable & Receivable\nOversee the full AP cycle: vendor invoice processing, GL coding, approvals, payments and supplier relationships\nManage the AR cycle: customer invoicing, project milestone tracking, collections follow-up and reconciliation\nStreamline and automate AP/AR workflows for accuracy and efficiency\nPricing & Cost Analysis\nAssist product and service pricing strategy in collaboration with business and operations leadership\nBuild and maintain pricing models that reflect COGS, margins and market positioning\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience in accounting, financial control or a related finance role; preference for experience managing complex AP / AR systems and processes \nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field\nIsraeli CPA preferred\nFluency in English and Hebrew (written and spoken)\nProficiency in Priority ERP;
