Обязанности:

  • Полный цикл подбора персонала (поиск, интервью, организация выхода сотрудников).

  • Ведение кадрового администрирования и сопровождение трудовых отношений.

  • Организация процессов адаптации новых сотрудников.

  • Поддержка процессов обучения, оценки эффективности и развития персонала.

  • Участие в разработке и внедрении HR-политик, процедур и регламентов.

  • Консультирование руководителей и сотрудников по HR-вопросам.

  • Развитие корпоративной культуры, вовлеченности и внутренних коммуникаций.

  • Подготовка HR-отчетности, аналитики и контроль HR-метрик.

  • Взаимодействие с государственными органами и внешними HR-провайдерами при необходимости.

  • Участие в реализации организационных изменений и HR-проектов.

Требования:
    • Опыт работы в HR Generalist / HR Business Partner / HR Specialist от 3 лет.
    • Знание трудового законодательства Республики Казахстан.
    • Опыт полного цикла подбора персонала (массовый и точечный подбор).
    • Практический опыт ведения кадрового делопроизводства.
    • Навыки проведения интервью и оценки кандидатов.
    • Опыт разработки и внедрения HR-процессов и политик.
    • Уверенное владение MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); опыт работы в 1С будет преимуществом.
  • Знание программ: Office, Excel, 1С, ЗУП
