You’re more than a Field Application Engineer but rather an Application Consultant and a critical contributor to the success of Aitech.\nThe Field Applications Engineer serves as the primary technical point of contact for Aitech US customers, combining deep engineering expertise with customer-facing sales and support responsibilities. This role bridges the gap between customer requirements and Aitech solutions across the Space and Mil/Aero product portfolio.\nTechnical Customer Engagement & Support\nServe as contact for Aitech US customers with technical or customer service queries virtually and in person conversations\nProvide pre-sales and post-sales technical support\nTrain customers on Aitech products within their projects\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the space and defense sector\nDeliver technical presentations and demonstrations to clients and prospective customers\nBusiness Development & System Solutions\nCollaborate with the business development team to identify solution sets that meet customer requirements\nEvaluate customer requirements and provide personalized solutions\nProvide customer feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance products\nStay current on the latest advancements and trends in space and defense technology\nInternal Collaboration\nCommunicate with Operations and Engineering to identify customer solutions and resolve technical issues\nWork with Program Managers, R&D, and Engineering to promote and schedule technical fixes\nAct as liaison between clients and internal teams, surfacing actionable insights to improve products and services\nAssist in preparing customer-facing documentation\nAitech offers a competitive total rewards package aligned with the individual’s skills, knowledge, and experience, and in line with both internal standards and external market practices. The expected annual salary range for this role is $95,000 - $130,000 a year.\nRequirements\nRequirements\nMinimum of 2 years of embedded hardware/software development or support\nInterest in customer-facing experience and working with customers and partners\nBS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering discipline - or equivalent professional work experience.\nThis position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR.
