must.\nGood understanding of signal & power integrity\nAbility to work independently and integrative as a team member\nAbility to work structured and according to procedures\nEnthusiastic approach and desire to learn\nAdvantage: Experience with military electronics\nAdvantage: experience with VPX, VME, cPCI, PMC, XMC boards\nAdvantage: Proficiency with Orcad / Allegro Lead and manage a team of hardware engineers in the design and development of advanced hardware systems.\nOversee the entire hardware development lifecycle, from concept to production, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.\nConduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.\nEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the hardware development process.\nDevelop and maintain project documentation, including specifications, design reports, and test plans.\nIdentify and mitigate risks associated with hardware design and development.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication.\n10 years + experience in RT/Embedded systems development (Intelor PowerPC)/peripheral interfaces such as PCIe, USB 3.0, 1G /10G Ethernet,DDR2/DDR3 Etc\nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various
