Come join us.\nThe Role\nWe're hiring across GTM, operations, product, and engineering at the same time, and every one of those searches runs through a small talent team. We're looking for our first Talent Coordinator to own the logistics behind a hiring process that feels fast and well run.\nYou'll keep candidates moving and hiring managers on schedule, and you'll make sure every onsite goes right, from getting in the building to the follow-up email. You'll work directly with our Talent Partners, hiring managers, and founders, and you'll have a real hand in building how AIUC hires. Every candidate you schedule, greet, or email is a brand interaction.\nIn your first 30 days you'll take over all interview scheduling and own the candidate experience for every onsite.\nIn this role, you will:\nOwn interview scheduling for every open role, from first screen to onsite, across founder and hiring manager calendars\n\nRun onsite logistics: building access, agendas, lunches, travel and hotels for out-of-town candidates\n\nKeep Ashby the single source of truth for stages, feedback, and offer details\n\nChase interview feedback so hiring teams can debrief and decide quickly\n\nGet candidates the right materials early enough to matter\n\nSupport offers and pre-start logistics with the Talent Partners and Operations\n\nHelp run recruiting events, like our paper club and hiring dinners\n\nHelp build our interviewer shadow program\n\nSpot what's breaking in the process and fix it\n\nWhat we're looking for\n1 to 3 years in recruiting coordination, executive support, events, or similar work at a fast-moving company. (Impact matters more than years.)\n\nYou can track a dozen moving pieces across a dozen calendars, and nothing falls through\n\nClear, warm writing.
