Role Overview :
We are looking for a highly motivated Python Developer with hands-on experience in Vision AI to design, develop, and deploy intelligent computer vision solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow, with practical experience implementing object detection, tracking, segmentation, and OCR solutions using libraries and models including YOLO (v8/v11), OpenCV, good to have Ultralytics, Detectron2, MediaPipe, MMDetection, and ONNX Runtime.
The candidate should be proficient in building scalable REST APIs, optimizing inference pipelines, integrating AI models with backend services, and deploying containerized applications using Docker. Experience with GPU acceleration (CUDA), model optimization, and cloud deployment on AWS, Azure, or GCP will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities :
- The role involves developing production-ready Vision AI applications for real-time image and video analytics, collaborating with AI engineers and product teams to convert business requirements into scalable solutions, and continuously improving model performance, latency, and accuracy.
- The candidate should be comfortable working with video streaming protocols, asynchronous programming, message queues, and databases such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Git, and edge AI deployment is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills, a passion for solving complex computer vision problems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment are essential.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for feature delivery and system improvements.
- Ensure code quality, testing, and maintainability.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Required experience - 3 to 5 years.
- Proficiency in Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition.
- Strong expertise in Robotics and Computer Science concepts.
- Experience in Data Science methodologies and related tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proven experience with programming languages frequently used in AI and Computer Vision (e.g., Python, C++).
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
