工作內容

vbCR1. 接聽台灣大哥大客戶服務專線，協助解決客戶問題、處理客訴案件vbCR2. 依公司促銷專案，進行公司產品推廣與專案續約vbCR3. 配合輪班排休，夜班/兩段班核發值班津貼，依規定與個人值班天數計發vbCR4. 工作地點：台中市南屯區(近捷運南屯站)

條件要求

vbCR1. 輪班：vbCR(1)每週工時40小時vbCR(2)每日工時8小時(不含用餐時間)vbCR(3)夜班另核發值班津貼vbCR 例小夜班別：14:00-23:00、15:00-24:00、16:00-0100vbCR2. 排休：vbCR(1) 每週排休兩日：週一至週日期間安排兩日休息日vbCR(2) 國定假日調移休假vbCR(3) 全年休假天數與行政機關公告天數相同，每月約8-10天休假日vbCR3. 提供完善在職教育訓練：vbCR實體課程、線上課程、3C產品課程、各類新知講座、讀書會...等vbCR4. 提供彈性居家的工作型態：vbCR於公司完成教育訓練及實習，技能熟練後經主管同意可居家遠距工作
