successfully completed your studies in economics, STEM fields, or a related discipline.\nYou have 7+ years of professional experience in IT project management of complex projects and a proven track record of delivering projects in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.\nYou have a keen interest in, or experience with, the financial sector.\nYou possess strong risk management and problem-solving abilities.\nYou demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, and have experience working with senior leadership and executive sponsors.\nFurthermore, you have strong skills in process design, documentation, and project management.\nYou are a confident communicator in German and English (French is a plus), work independently, are a true team player, and have
