Position:\nReports to: VP of Product.\nAs a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the product vision, roadmap, and development of software products that meet the needs of our customers and help the company achieve its strategic objectives.\nKey Responsibilities:\nWork with cross-functional teams to develop and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer feedback.\nDefine and communicate the product vision and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders.\n\nCoordinate SBA activities to ensure product documentation is delivered on time and with perfect clarity.\n\nCollaborate with engineering teams to ensure that product features are developed in a timely and efficient manner.\n\nWork closely with customers to understand their needs and use cases, and incorporate this feedback into the product development process.\n\nMonitor product performance and gather customer feedback to continuously improve the product.\n\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners to ensure successful product launches and ongoing adoption.\n\nOwn the software development lifecycle, from planning through product release.\n\nQualifications:\nMust-have\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.\n\n5+ years of experience in product management or product ownership in a software development environment.\n\nStrong knowledge of Agile software development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.\n\nExperience developing and launching software products in a highly regulated industry, such as biotech, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals.\n\nProven track record of successfully launching and scaling products that meet customer needs and business objectives.\n\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.\n\nWilling to comply with and follow all regulations required when working in a highly regulated environment, such as ISO standards and GMP regulations.\n\nNice-have\nExperience working in a biotech or life sciences environment.\n\nKnowledge of GMP guidelines, 21 CFR Part 11, and ISA 88/95 for software products in the life sciences industry.\n\nExperience with data analysis and interpretation to inform product decisions.\n\nUnderstanding of software development best practices and technologies, including cloud computing, machine learning, and data analytics.\n\nThe Human We’re Looking For:\nStrong leadership and project management skills.\n\nAbility to effectively communicate
