The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with a solid understanding of frontend and backend development, RESTful APIs, and application architecture.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the Full stack.\nBuild responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.\nDevelop robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.\nDesign, manage, and optimize MongoDB databases, including schemas, queries, and indexes.\nIntegrate third-party APIs and external services into web applications.\nWrite clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-tested code.\nIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve application performance and technical issues.\nCollaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.\nParticipate in code reviews, technical discussions, and application design decisions.\nFollow best practices for application security, performance optimization, and version control.\n\nQualifications:\n4+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development using React & Nodejs.\nStrong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.\nHands-on experience with React.js, including hooks, component architecture, state management, and reusable components.\nStrong backend development experience with Node.js and Express.js.\nExperience designing and working with MongoDB, including aggregation pipelines, indexing, and query optimization.\nExperience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.\nGood understanding of asynchronous programming, promises, and event-driven architecture.\nProficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.\nFamiliarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms, such as JWT and OAuth.\nUnderstanding of responsive design, web security, and performance optimization.\nStrong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.\nGood communication and collaboration skills.\n\nGood to Have:\nExperience with TypeScript.\nFamiliarity with Redux, Context API, or other state management solutions.\nExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.\nKnowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows.\nFamiliarity with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or
