The role combines strong hands-on Python development with technical leadership, system design, and end-to-end ownership of backend solutions.\n\nYou will work closely with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams to build high-performance and reliable applications, contribute to architecture decisions, and guide engineering teams on technical implementation and best practices.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services using Python.\n\n- Design and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.\n\n- Contribute to system design, architecture, and technical decision-making.\n\n- Translate business and product requirements into scalable and reliable technical solutions.\n\n- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested production code.\n\n- Optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, security, and reliability.\n\n- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across applications and infrastructure.\n\n- Conduct code reviews and ensure consistency with engineering and coding standards.\n\n- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers.\n\n- Collaborate closely with Product, QA, Design, and DevOps teams.\n\n- Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and Agile ceremonies.\n\n- Follow best practices around Git, CI/CD, testing, and deployment.\n\n- Take ownership of features and technical initiatives from development through deployment.\n\n- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and engineering practices.\n\n- Evaluate technical approaches and recommend improvements where required.\n\nTechnical Skills:\n\n- 810 years of hands-on experience in Python development -
