You will collaborate closely with product, design, and DevOps teams to develop scalable, high-performance solutions and contribute to system design and architecture decisions. You will own features from development through deployment and use AI-powered tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and speed up debugging.\n\nResponsibilities : \n\n- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React on the frontend and Python on the backend.\n\n- Build responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces using React, hooks, and modern state management.\n\n- Design and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.\n\n- Use AI-powered tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, and Cursor for coding, debugging, and optimization.\n\n- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security across the technology stack.\n\n- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, including unit and integration tests.\n\n- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.\n\n- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.\n\n- Follow best practices in version control, CI/CD, and deployment.\n\nQualification Required : \n\n- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack or Software Engineer.\n\n- Strong proficiency in Python with a modern web framework such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.\n\n- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React, including hooks, state management, component architecture, and performance optimization.\n\n- Solid understanding of API design, backend development, and distributed systems.\n\n- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.\n\n- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.\n\n- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.\n\nNice to Have : \n\n- Comfortable adopting AI developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, and Cursor in day-to-day development.\n\n- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.\n\n- Experience with testing frameworks such as pytest, Jest, and React Testing
