performed.\nObserve operational workflows and document business processes.\nLearn company operations across multiple departments and functions.\nIdentify process dependencies, decision points, and bottlenecks.\nDevelop a deep understanding of how information moves throughout an organization.\nProcess Documentation\nCreate detailed workflow maps and process diagrams.\nBuild step-by-step process guides and SOPs.\nCapture screenshots and system walkthroughs.\nDocument software usage, user responsibilities, and business rules.\nCreate clear operational documentation that can be understood by technical and non-technical audiences.\nProcess Improvement & Automation Readiness\nIdentify inefficiencies, redundancies, and manual processes.\nHighlight opportunities for automation and AI implementation.\nPrepare recommendations for workflow optimization.\nCollaborate with internal teams to support future automation initiatives.\nHelp translate business processes into automation requirements.\nCommunication & Stakeholder Management\nFacilitate discovery sessions and process reviews.\nPresent findings in a structured and professional manner.\nCommunicate effectively with business owners, executives, managers, and frontline employees.\nBuild trust quickly while gathering information from diverse stakeholders.\nTranslate complex business operations into simple, actionable insights.\nReporting & Deliverables\nProduce process maps, workflow diagrams, and operational reports.\nDevelop business process inventories and system documentation.\nCreate executive summaries of findings and recommendations.\nPresent documentation and observations to leadership teams.\nRequirements\nExceptional spoken and written English communication skills.\nStrong business communication and comprehension abilities.\nExcellent listening skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to learn unfamiliar business processes quickly.\nStrong organizational and documentation skills.\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and inefficiencies.\nAbility to communicate professionally with U.S.-based clients and stakeholders.\nComfortable working independently and managing multiple projects.\nPreferred Requirements:\nExperience in consulting, business analysis, operations, project management, customer success, process improvement, or related fields.\nExperience working with U.S.-based companies or clients.\nFamiliarity with process mapping and workflow documentation.\nExperience creating SOPs, guides, or operational
