Supported by our fully hybrid work arrangement, our team spans Eastern Europe, the Middle East, India, and Southeast Asia, allowing you to work with brilliant engineers and builders from around the globe from wherever you are.\nJob Description\nDevelop and execute risk-based internal audit plans aligned with business priorities and regulatory requirements\nConduct end-to-end audit engagements across various functions, including planning, fieldwork, analysis, and reporting.\nPerform testing and evaluation of internal controls, risk management, operational processes across business units, and compliance with relevant policies and regulations\nIdentify key risks, control gaps, and process inefficiencies and provide practical recommendations and action plans for improvement.\nPrepare comprehensive audit reports summarizing findings, risk implications, and management responses.\nPresent audit results to management and/or regulator (as relevant)\nWork collaboratively with relevant teams to monitor and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations and ensure timely follow-up of the agreed corrective actions.\nSupport management in enhancing compliance culture and mitigating potential regulatory breaches.\nStay up to date with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.\nParticipate in the enhancement of audit methodologies, tools, and data analytics usage.\nSupport cross-audit initiatives and special projects that require interdepartmental coordination\nContribute to knowledge sharing with other departments (as needed)\nRequirements\nMinimum 3 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or compliance, preferably in a financial institution\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.\nExperienced in internal audit, risk management, or compliance with strong knowledge of internal audit methodologies, risk-based auditing, and control frameworks\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nAbility to use data analytics tools (e.g., excel) for testing and validation.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience in stakeholder management.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple audit projects in a dynamic environment.\nBenefits\nPerformance Bonus -
