You will keep our organisational picture accurate, build the reporting leaders rely on, and turn people data into clear insights for the C-suite and board.\nThis is a new role for an analytical, detail-oriented professional who enjoys building models and dashboards, and who can communicate findings clearly in writing to senior audiences.\nKey Responsibilities\nHeadcount Model & Org Design\nKeep the headcount model and org charts current, and publish headcount plan-versus-actual monthly.\nModel org-design scenarios (spans, layers, cost) to support BU restructures and workforce planning.\nPeople Dashboard & Reporting\nBuild and maintain the People dashboard as the single source of truth for people metrics.\nAutomate the monthly People report and other recurring reporting.\nPeople Insights\nAnalyse survey, attrition and performance data to surface trends, risks and drivers.\nTurn findings into clear, actionable recommendations for People Business Partners and leaders.\nExecutive & Board Support\nPrepare data for C-suite and board packs, ensuring accuracy and a clear narrative.\nProvide ad hoc analysis for the VP, People Strategy on priority questions.\nData Quality & Governance\nDefine consistent metric definitions and work with People Systems to keep source data accurate and secure.\nRequirements\n4-7 years in people analytics, FP&A or consulting.\nProficient in SQL and at least one BI tool (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI).\nStrong modelling skills in Excel or Google Sheets.\nClear written communication, able to turn data into insight for senior audiences.\nOrg design, workforce planning or high-growth startup experience is a plus.\nBenefits\nPerformance Bonus -
