Supported by our fully hybrid work arrangement, our team spans Eastern Europe, the Middle East, India, and Southeast Asia, allowing you to work with brilliant engineers and builders from around the globe from wherever you are.\nRole Overview\nManage day-to-day People Operations activities, ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely execution of HR operational processes and administrative tasks\nCoordinate employee benefits, insurance, and HRIS-related matters, ensuring employee data and records are accurate, up to date, and well-maintained\nHandle employee inquiries and concerns related to HR matters, including data request for payroll needs, insurance, HRIS, benefits, and other People Operations processes, ensuring clear communication, timely follow-up, and effective resolution.\nProactively identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing People Operations processes, develop and implement practical improvements, and streamline workflows to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.\nMaintain accurate HR documentation, employee records, and operational data while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.\n3-4 years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or a similar role.\nHands-on experience in HR administration, employee benefits and insurance coordination, HRIS management, and other HR operational processes.\nStrong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and operational data.\nStrong ownership and accountability, with the ability to independently manage assigned tasks, follow through on issues, and ensure timely resolution.\nExcellent communication and improvement-driven mindset, with the ability to identify operational gaps, streamline workflows, and implement practical solutions beyond routine administrative tasks.\nBenefits\nPerformance Bonus -
