Ajaib is a fast-growing fintech startup in Indonesia, aiming to make stock trading accessible for millennials through our mobile-first approach.\nIn this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers, to create intuitive and user-centered designs that align with our brand aesthetic and business goals.\nResponsibilities\nDesign intuitive, user-centered interfaces and experiences for our mobile and web applications.\nCreate wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs from concept to implementation.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define user flows, and contribute to product strategy and roadmap.\nConduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback and data analysis.\nStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user interface design and user experience.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.\n2+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer, preferably in a tech startup environment.\nStrong portfolio showcasing your design process, user-centered approach, and problem-solving skills.\nProficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.\nStrong understanding of interaction design principles and an eye for visual design.\nExperience conducting user research and usability testing is a plus.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nBonus\nExperience designing for financial or investment-related products.\nProficiency in prototyping tools such as InVision or Marvel.\nExperience with design systems and component-based design.\nPassion for financial technology and staying up-to-date with market trends.\nBenefits\nPerformance Bonus -
