In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and monitoring security systems and procedures to protect our company's assets and data. You will play a crucial role in identifying vulnerabilities, responding to security incidents, and ensuring compliance with security policies.\nResponsibilities:\n Security Implementation and Maintenance: \nImplement and maintain security technologies such as SIEM, intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDS/IPS), Web Application Firewalls (WAF), and other security tools.\nConfigure and monitor security systems to detect and respond to security threats.\n Vulnerability Management: \nConduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify 1 security weaknesses\n Incident Response: \nParticipate in security incident response efforts, including containment, eradication, and recovery.\nAnalyze security logs and alerts to identify and respond to security incidents.\n Security Assessments and Audits: \nPerform security assessments, audits, and inspections to identify gaps and areas for improvement.\nAssist in the development and maintenance of security documentation and procedures.\n Security Monitoring and Analysis: \nMonitor security systems and logs for suspicious activity and potential security threats.\nAnalyze security data and generate reports to identify trends and patterns.\n Security Policy and Procedure Implementation: \nAssist in the implementation of security policies, procedures, and standards.\nEnsure compliance with industry regulations and security best practices.\n Security Awareness and Training: \nProvide technical input for security awareness programs to employees on information security best practices and procedures.\n Technology Research: \nStay current with emerging security threats and technologies, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization\nRequirements\n Proven experience as an IT Security Engineer or similar role.\n Strong understanding of security technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, WAF, and vulnerability scanning tools.\n Experience with incident response and security investigations.\n Knowledge of security best practices and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).\n Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n Ability to work effectively in a team environment.\n Familiarity with network protocols, operating systems, and cloud environments.\n Benefits\nPerformance Bonus -
