Driven by a growth mindset and a fierce will to win, we refuse to settle and constantly push engineering boundaries.\nRole Overview\nAs a Senior Talent Acquisition at Ajaib, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality talent across our global organization, with opportunities to hire across Technology, Product, and Non-Technology functions.\nYou will own the recruitment lifecycle for your assigned roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, identify and engage exceptional candidates, and successfully close hires across different markets.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage end-to-end recruitment for roles across Tech, Product, and Non-Tech functions.\nPartner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, seniority, competencies, and hiring priorities.\nDevelop targeted sourcing strategies and build strong candidate pipelines across global talent markets.\nConduct candidate screening and assessment while ensuring a strong bar for quality.\nManage candidate engagement throughout the hiring process and provide a high-quality candidate experience.\nCoordinate closely with interviewers and hiring managers to ensure an efficient and structured interview process.\nDrive offer management, negotiation, and closing for successful candidates.\nProvide hiring managers with relevant talent market insights, including candidate availability, compensation expectations, and market trends.\nProactively identify and engage passive candidates for critical and hard-to-fill roles.\nMaintain accurate recruitment data and ensure a healthy hiring pipeline.\nContribute to improving recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience.\nSupport employer branding and talent attraction initiatives where relevant.\nShare market insights and best practices with the broader Talent Acquisition team.\nRequirements\n4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.\nProven experience hiring across Technology, Product, and/or Non-Technology roles.\nExperience with international or global recruitment is highly preferred.\nStrong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, including experience engaging passive candidates.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nProven ability to manage multiple roles and priorities independently.\nStrong candidate assessment, negotiation, and closing skills.\nData-driven and comfortable working with recruitment metrics and hiring pipelines.\nExcellent English communication skills.\nHighly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to operate effectively across different cultures, time zones, and talent markets.\nBenefits\nPerformance Bonus -
