Driven by a growth mindset and a fierce will to win, we refuse to settle and constantly push engineering boundaries.\nRole Overview\nAs a Talent Acquisition Manager at Ajaib, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end talent acquisition across our global organization, with hiring scope spanning Technology, Product, and/or Non-Technology functions.\nYou will partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand workforce needs, build effective hiring strategies, and deliver high-quality talent across multiple markets. This role combines hands-on recruitment with stakeholder management, process improvement, and talent strategy.\nResponsibilities\nOwn and manage end-to-end recruitment processes across Tech, Product, and/or Non-Tech functions, from sourcing and screening through offer and closing.\nPartner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce plans, hiring priorities, role requirements, and talent profiles.\nDevelop effective sourcing strategies for both local and international talent across multiple geographies.\nBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.\nLead candidate engagement and closing strategies, including compensation discussions and offer management.\nEnsure a high-quality and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.\nPartner with hiring managers to improve interview processes, interviewer calibration, and hiring decision-making.\nUse recruitment data and market insights to identify hiring trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.\nDrive improvements to recruitment processes, tools, workflows, and hiring practices.\nLead, manage, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition, including setting goals, providing coaching, and supporting their professional growth.\nEstablish team priorities, allocate hiring workloads, and ensure the team consistently delivers against recruitment targets and business needs.\nSupport employer branding and talent attraction initiatives across global markets.\nMentor and support recruiters within the team, sharing best practices and raising recruitment standards.\nRequirements\n6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably with experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.\nProven experience hiring across multiple functions, including Technology, Product, and/or Non-Technology roles.\nExperience recruiting internationally or across multiple markets is highly preferred.\nProven experience leading and managing a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment team, including coaching, mentoring, performance management, and team development.\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence hiring managers and senior leaders.\nStrong sourcing, assessment, candidate engagement, and closing skills.\nComfortable working with ambiguity and managing multiple hiring priorities simultaneously.\nStrong understanding of recruitment metrics, hiring processes, and talent market dynamics.\nExcellent communication skills in English.\nData-driven, structured, and highly execution-oriented.\nComfortable operating in a global and multicultural environment.\nBenefits\nPerformance Bonus -
