You will work closely with banks, financial institutions, and cross-functional teams to support cash management, maintain strong internal controls, ensure regulatory compliance, and identify opportunities to improve treasury processes while minimizing financial risk.\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor daily cash flow and analyze the liquidity position of the organization\nManage cash management operations and forecast cash requirements\nCoordinate with banks and financial institutions to facilitate necessary banking transactions\nEnsure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements related to treasury operations\nAssist in developing cash management strategies that optimize operational efficiency and minimize financial risk\nSupport the treasury reporting process by providing necessary data for financial statements and audits\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to address treasury-related issues and improve processes\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field\n3+ years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting roles\nStrong understanding of cash management, reconciliation, and banking operations\nExperience in performing daily cash and bank reconciliations and investigating discrepancies\nProficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to work independently and in a team-oriented environment\nFamiliarity with the fintech industry is a plus\nBenefits\nPerformance Bonus -
