actions to meet budget targets and identify opportunities to make optimal use of company resources.\nPrepare accurate monthly P&L and C&F projections and support the company’s budgeting and forecasting processes.\nAnalyze actual financial performance against budget and forecasts, identify key variances, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.\nMonitor costs, identify optimization opportunities, and contribute to cost-control initiatives across the business.\nSupport month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.\nMaintain high standards of financial reporting and transaction control, ensuring data quality and consistency.\nAnalyze existing business and financial processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.\nDevelop financial models, business cases, and valuations to support new projects and investment decisions.\nPrepare financial analysis and insights to support data-driven management decisions.\nQualifications:\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large amounts of financial data.\nStrong numerical skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to interpret financial results, identify trends, and translate data into clear business insights and recommendations.\nHighly organized, proactive, and results-oriented approach to work.\nSolid understanding of P&L, Cash Flow, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.\nExperience in financial controlling, FP&A, management accounting, or a similar finance role.\nExperience in a large manufacturing or international company would be a strong advantage.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Pivot, Power Query, and PivotTables.\nPractical experience with Power
