documentation (instructions, assembly schemes, route maps, quality standards),\n\nSupport the development of production processes, equipment, and automation tools,\n\nDefine and create technical requirements for devices, equipment, and special tools,\n\nCalculate material and energy consumption standards, and analyze process efficiency,\n\nEnsure continuous improvement of production processes, and actively participate in projects to enhance quality and productivity.\n\nImplement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen practices on the production floor\n\nDevelop and lead cost-saving projects focused on continuous improvement\n\nAnalyze and improve production processes to enhance overall efficiency\n\nConduct line balancing studies to optimize production flow\n\nPerform productivity analyses and propose actions to increase production effectiveness\n\nProvide training to production staff on technical knowledge, processes, and improvement methods\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in a industrial engineering field,\n\nMinimum 3 years of experience in production processes (preferably in the electronics manufacturing sector),\n\nExperience in preparing technical documentation, process analysis, and optimization,\n\nKnowledge of automation and mechanization systems,\n\nKnowledge and hands-on experience in lean manufacturing principles,\n\nGood command of English (written and verbal),\n\nStrong analytical thinking, teamwork-oriented, and
