That's why resilience is the cornerstone of the brand's DNA, and the fight against evil by creating the best security and automation devices is Ajax unwavering mission.\nReponsibilities:\nNegotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure the best commercial and quality outcomes.\nManage supplier contracts, ensuring compliance, performance, and value.\nOversee procurement processes for tools, equipment, and consumables from China, Europe, and the USA for production.\nManage troubleshooting activities in terms of delivery schedules, quality, completeness, pricing, and related documentation.\nPrepare and coordinate contracts signing activities.\nContinuously analyze market trends and procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and minimize risks.\nMaintain and enhance supplier relationships to support long-term business objectives.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure procurement supports broader business goals.\nEvaluate and onboard new suppliers of components, materials, tools, and services in line with business needs.\nTake part into suitable equivalents sourcing for electronic components based on technical requirements and the current supply chain situation.\nQualifications:\n1+ years of procurement experience in electronics, EMS, or automotive sectors.\nStrong negotiation and supplier management skills.\nProven experience in contract negotiation and vendor management.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to cost-efficiency and risk mitigation.\nTechnical background in electronics or good understanding of electronic components and their equivalents.\nExperience in international Procurement\nProficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.\nExcellent organizational skills;
