Scalability.\n\nData & Feature Engineering : \n\n- Design robust data pipelines for : 1. Data ingestion, 2. Feature engineering, 3. Data validation.\n\n- Handle large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.\n\nMLOps & Deployment : \n\n- Lead production deployment using : \n\n1. AWS SageMaker / Lambda / APIs, \n\n2. Docker, CI/CD pipelines.\n\n- Implement : \n\n1. Model monitoring, \n\n2. Retraining pipelines, \n\n3. Machine Learning (supervised & unsupervised), \n\n2. Feature engineering & model tuning/optimization.\n\n- Proficiency in : \n\n1. Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn), \n\n2. At least one : TensorFlow / PyTorch.\n\n- Strong understanding of : \n\n1. Probability & Statistics, \n\n2. Linear Algebra, \n\n3. Data Mining Concepts and Problem understanding and Solving Skills.\n\n- Experience with : \n\n1. Large-scale data processing, \n\n2. SQL and databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB), \n\n3. Hands-on experience in deploying ML models to production, \n\n4. Strong debugging and optimization skills.\n\nPreferred Skills : \n\n- Experience with a wide range of machine learning use cases, including but not limited to : \n\n1. Recommendation systems, \n\n2. Time series forecasting, \n\n3. Customer analytics (churn prediction, segmentation, CLV), \n\n4. Classification and regression problems, \n\n5. Anomaly detection and fraud detection, \n\n6. NLP use cases (text classification, information extraction), \n\n7. Demand forecasting and inventory optimization, \n\n8. Personalization and targeting models.\n\n- Ability to quickly understand and adapt ML solutions to new business problems across domains.\n\n- MLOps tools : 1. MLflow, 2. Docker, 3.
