You will collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and software engineers to understand operational needs, design workflows, and deliver solutions that improve business processes.\nAs a Senior Engineering Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for:\nWorking with stakeholders to understand business processes, clarify requirements, and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.\nManaging Independently assigned automation initiatives from requirements analysis and solution design through implementation coordination, testing, and delivery.\nDesigning and maintaining BPMN workflows, developing SQL queries, and modifying supporting automation configurations, including YAML templates.\nCollaborating with software engineers to evaluate solution approaches, resolve technical questions, and ensure implementations align with business requirements.\nAnalyzing existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.\nMaintaining documentation for automation solutions, including process models, workflows, configurations, and dependencies.\nDo what you love\nTo be successful in this role you will:\nHave a bachelor in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.\nHave experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, organizing work independently, and collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams.\nDemonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently investigate complex issues, evaluate solution alternatives, and recommend improvements.\nHave experience working in an Agile development environment.\nHave hands-on experience designing, modifying, and troubleshooting workflow models using BPMN, with Camunda or a similar platform.\nHave experience writing SQL queries and analyzing data to support business processes and automation initiatives.\nAbout us\nAt Akamai, we make life better for billions of people, trillions of times a day.\nWhether you're streaming live events, scrolling social media, watching your favorite series, or managing your savings, we're the engine behind the scenes.
