We are looking for a hands-on Technical Presales Intern to support our cybersecurity and cloud technology initiatives. This role provides exposure to a broad range of technologies, including cloud computing, cybersecurity solutions, AI-driven productivity tools, and automation platforms.
Partner with the best
As a Technical Presales, you will sit at the heart of the sales process. You will build relationships, becoming a trusted advisor to our customers and deliver innovative solutions. You will get to work with all the technologies Akamai has to offer.
As a Technical Presales, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting the presales team with technical research, solution validation, product demonstrations, proof-of-concept activities, and the development of internal productivity tools leveraging AI and automation
- Customer-facing engagement is minimal, the role may involve supporting technical presentations and product demonstrations when required
- Exciting opportunity for candidates with a background or keen interest in cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and emerging AI solutions
- Offering valuable experience in both technical and business-oriented aspects of technology consulting and presales and highly practical and hands-on

To be successful in this role you will:
- Be enrolled in Computer Science faculty or equivalent course of study
- Be able to understand cybersecurity concepts and technologies
- Possess awareness of AI, automation, and emerging technology trends
- Understand cloud computing platforms and services is advantageous
- Keen analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Possess a willingness to learn and experiment with new technologies
