Engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.\nContinuous Improvement: Keep abreast of emerging technologies, development frameworks, and engineering practices and identify opportunities to enhance product capabilities and development efficiency.\n\nDesired Qualification / Certifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.\n\nPreferred Relevant Work Experience:\n6–8 years of professional software development experience, preferably involving end-to-end application development.\nHands-on experience developing applications using Java, Python, JavaScript, and ReactJS.\nExperience with relational databases and application integration through APIs.\nExposure to AWS, DevOps practices, CI/CD environments, and Agile software development methodologies is preferred.\n\nSkills and knowledge:\nStrong proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, and ReactJS.\nUnderstanding unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and software development best practices.\nExposure to AWS cloud technologies is preferred.\nAWS or relevant technology certifications would be an added advantage but are not
