APIs.\nDrive technical architecture, design reviews, and engineering best practices.\nManage and mentor a team of backend engineers, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous improvement.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.\nEnsure systems are optimized for scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.\nDefine and track technical KPIs, including system uptime, latency, and resource utilization.\nEvaluate and adopt appropriate streaming technologies and orchestration tools to support real-time and batch processing needs.\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n7+ years of backend development experience using Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar languages.\nStrong understanding of backend architecture, API design, and microservices.\nExperience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and data modeling.\nProven ability to lead engineering teams and manage project delivery.\nHands-on experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS and GCP.\nFamiliarity with streaming platforms (e.g., Apache Kafka, Google Pub/Sub) and workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Prefect).\nExperience with performance monitoring, benchmarking, and cost optimization.\nGood to have :\nPrior experience in the airline, travel, or transportation domain.\nExposure to observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).\nExperience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.\nEducational Qualification:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
