This is a unique opportunity for a design visionary who’s equally fluent in static and motion design - someone who thrives at the intersection of brand identity, storytelling, and dynamic digital experiences.\nAs a creative designer, you’ll create and deliver the vision for visual design excellence - elevating work across campaigns, brand systems, content, activations, and digital experiences. You’ll inspire clients to embrace bold, strategically grounded ideas that are emotionally resonant and visually unforgettable - work that moves audiences and drives real impact. While motion design isn’t the core focus of the role, experience bringing design to life through animation or motion is a strong plus.\nKey Responsibilities\nCreative & Craft\nDevelop brand systems, campaign aesthetics, and visual identities from concept to execution\nChampion excellence in visual design across brand touchpoints: print, digital, DOOH, social, and activations\nBring static creative to life when needed through motion, animation, or dynamic content\nExplore creative innovation using emerging tools and technologies such as AI (e.g. Midjourney), motion tools, and 3D software\nStay ahead of design and culture trends, making recommendations towards what’s next\nMotion & Hybrid Execution (Not mandatory but will set you apart)\nApply motion thinking to enhance design systems and storytelling where relevant\nContribute to brand videos, UI motion, or social animations when projects require it\nCollaborate with motion specialists and production partners to ensure cohesive execution\nExperience with tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D (or Blender), or Figma motion plugins is a plus\nTeam & Project Leadership\nLead projects from briefing through final delivery, ensuring innovation, quality, and efficiency\nCollaborate cross-functionally with creative directors, strategists, producers, and developers to deliver cohesive brand experiences\nStrategic & Client Engagement\nTranslate client briefs and brand strategy into impactful design solutions\nPresent creative work confidently, articulating rationale with clarity and passion\nIdentify new channels, formats, and platforms to unlock unexpected expressions of brand storytelling\nWhat We’re Looking For\nProven craft in visual design, ideally within an agency setting\nExperience with motion or animation is a plus, but not essential\nDeep expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and familiarity with motion/3D tools such as After Effects, Cinema 4D, or Blender\nStrong portfolio of brand identities, design systems, campaigns, and digital experiences\nSharp eye for detail, storytelling, and emotional resonance through design\nSolid understanding of digital platforms, social formats, and production workflows\nCalm, collaborative, and organised team member who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment\nCuriosity, ambition, and a future-facing mindset\nWhy Join Akcelo?\nOver the last five years we smashed the ceilings created by established agencies and created some larger than life campaigns, innovative retail-tech solutions, threw some epic events, and besides happy clients, we took home the B&T Agency of the Year, Mumbrella’s Experiential Agency of the Year, and a number of APAC Effies.\nAnd we are just getting started.
