We prioritize potential over pedigree: candidates who demonstrate strong motivation, coachability, and a genuine drive to succeed are encouraged to apply, regardless of prior experience.\nResponsibilities:\n Pipeline Generation: Prospect, qualify, and generate high-impact opportunities through multi-channel outbound prospecting (email, cold calling, social selling) and inbound lead follow-up.\nMeeting & Demo Booking: Secure qualified discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives across Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.\nAccount Mapping & Discovery: Research target accounts and identify technical and infrastructure pain points, engaging DevOps, DevSecOps, and Security leadership.\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Account Executives, Sales Engineering, and Marketing to align messaging, prioritize target accounts, and ensure smooth handoffs.\n Pipeline Hygiene: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM, tracking outreach activity, lead status, and conversion metrics.\nRequirements\nStrong self-starter with the initiative and resilience to consistently generate outbound pipeline.\nQuick learner with genuine interest in technology, cybersecurity, and enterprise infrastructure.\nClear, confident communicator, comfortable initiating conversations with technical and business stakeholders (full product and industry training provided).\nCollaborative team player with a long-term growth mindset and commitment to developing alongside the company.\nNative or fully fluent English (written and verbal); proficiency in German or French is an advantage.\nPrior SDR/BDR or B2B SaaS experience, or a background in Cybersecurity, DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure, is considered an asset but is not required.
