You will act as a trusted advisor- guiding customers through onboarding, implementation, adoption, and long-term success.\nResponsibilities:\nLead end-to-end onboarding and implementation of Akeyless solutions, guiding customers through architecture design, integrations, and best practices.\nServe as a trusted technical advisor, building strong relationships with customers and supporting adoption, expansion, and overall success aligned with their business goals.\nTroubleshoot complex technical issues, provide guidance on DevOps, security, and cloud-native environments, and support integrations, automation, and infrastructure design.\nTranslate customer requirements into scalable and secure architectures, while recommending best practices and optimizing usage of the Akeyless platform.\nCollaborate closely with Sales, Solutions Architects, Product, and R&D to ensure successful deployments, resolve challenges, and represent customer needs internally.\nRequirements\n7+ years in a technical customer-facing role (CSE, TAM, Solutions Engineer, Professional Services, etc.).\nStrong experience with: Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\nExperience supporting or implementing SaaS or security products.\nAbility to combine technical depth with customer-facing communication.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication.\nAdvantage:\nExperience in Cybersecurity, DevOps, or DevSecOps environments.\nKnowledge of: Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), PKI / Certificate Management, Encryption / Key Management (KMS, HSM).\nFamiliarity with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), config management tools\nExperience with scripting or programming (Python, Bash, etc.).\nBackground in pre-sales or solution architecture is a plus.\nOTE range: $200K-220K\nIn addition: Company Stock Options + Benefits\nThe compensation package depends
