holders, or 3 years for Diploma degree holders.\n\n Proficient in creating technical documentation, including Software Technical Specification (STS), Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Business Requirement Document (BRD), Design Specification (DS), User Acceptance Test (UAT), User Manual, and other related documents.\n\n Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and user-friendly documentation for diverse audiences.\n\n Proficient in documentation tools such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio, Confluence, or similar platforms.\n\n Able to create flowcharts, diagrams, and other visual documentation to support technical materials.\n\n Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing documentation
