Reimagining better futures through family health and well-being.. Children and families do better when they're able to stay together. With the right support and access to tailored resources and services, they're more likely to have greater well-being.

WHY JOIN AKIN?

At Akin, we believe strong families build strong communities, and that meaningful change starts with connection, collaboration, and care.

As a WISe Clinical Supervisor, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact-not only on the children and families we serve, but also on the professionals you lead and support. You'll join a team that values compassion, collaboration, continuous learning, and the unique strengths each person brings to their work.

If you're looking for a leadership opportunity where you can use your clinical expertise, help others grow, and contribute to meaningful outcomes for families across Washington State, we encourage you to apply!

POSITION SUMMARY:

Are you a compassionate, experienced clinical leader who is passionate about supporting children, youth, and families? Do you enjoy mentoring clinicians, building strong teams, and helping others grow in their professional practice?

Akin is seeking two experienced and compassionate WISe Clinical Supervisors to provide clinical leadership and support to our WISe teams across Washington State. We have two openings with distinct supervisory responsibilities: one position will oversee and provide supervision to both WISe Therapists and Care Coordinators, while the second position will oversee and supervise WISe Therapists only. In either role, you'll mentor and develop staff, foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, and ensure high-quality, family-centered services that align with WISe model standards. Working closely with the WISe Program Director, you'll help strengthen clinical practices, support program success, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children, youth, and families.

This position has access to protected healthcare information (PHI) and confidential identifiable information (CII), both paper and electronic, as necessary to perform job responsibilities.
