Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor equipmentkwalificatie, herkwalificatie en verbeterprojecten binnen een GMP-omgeving. Samen met je team zorg je dat kritische productiefaciliteiten en steriel equipment altijd compliant zijn met de geldende kwaliteitsnormen.\nIn deze rol combineer je je technische expertise met people management, stakeholdermanagement en een hands-on aanpak. Je schakelt snel bij urgente issues en draagt actief bij aan CAPA’s, non-conformances en kwaliteitsverbeteringen.\nTaken en verantwoordelijkheden\nLeiden en coachen van een team van 7 specialisten.\nCoördineren en uitvoeren van (her)kwalificaties, van een vulnaald tot een volledig equipment, volgens V-model en/of RBA (risk-based approach)\nInitiëren en opvolgen van verbeterprojecten met korte doorlooptijden.\nOpstellen, reviewen en goedkeuren van validatiedocumentatie en technische rapportages.\nOndersteunen bij audits en inspections.\nActief deelnemen aan meetings en fungeren als brug tussen operations, quality en engineering.\nBegeleiden van CAPA’s en opvolgen van non-conformances.\nWaarborgen dat systemen en processen voldoen aan GMP-richtlijnen en interne kwaliteitsstandaarden.\nZorgen dat installaties steeds in een gekwalificeerde status blijven.\nStakeholdermanagement richting interne en externe partijen.\nWij bieden\nEen sleutelpositie
