track and analyze Key Performance Indicators to assess production efficiency and material usage\nDevelop and approve operational documentation framework, including procedures and work instructions\nConduct operational assessment changes\nParticipate in Change Control/Technical Board meetings focusing on continuous improvement\nContribute to root cause investigations and develop robust CAPA plans\nBusiness Industry\nLife sciences\nProfile\nAbout you\nMaster in an engineering or scientific discipline, or equivalent through experience\nPreferably 10 years of experience in MSAT, quality or operations\nFluent in both Dutch and English \nExperience with project management or training is an advantage\nWillingness to work 5 days/week on site;
