The role requires hands-on experience in SAP IBP Demand Planning and Supply Planning, supported by strong supply chain management knowledge and the ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nGather and analyse business requirements for demand and supply planning processes.\nDesign, configure, test, and deploy SAP IBP solutions, primarily for Demand Planning and Supply Planning.\nFacilitate workshops with business, supply chain, and IT stakeholders.\nConfigure planning areas, master data, key figures, planning levels, time profiles, and planning operators.\nSupport demand forecasting, consensus demand planning, supply planning, and exception-based planning processes.\nDevelop and execute functional specifications, test scripts, integration tests, user acceptance testing, and defect resolution.\nSupport data integration and validation between SAP IBP and relevant source or downstream systems.\nPrepare process documentation, solution designs, user guides, and training materials.\nProvide user training, go-live support, issue resolution, and post-implementation enhancements.\nRecommend process improvements based on SAP IBP capabilities and supply chain planning best practices.\n\nMinimum Qualifications and Skills\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\nHands-on SAP IBP implementation or support experience.\nPractical experience in SAP IBP for Demand and SAP IBP for Supply.\nStrong knowledge of supply chain management concepts, including demand forecasting, sales and operations planning, inventory, supply planning, capacity planning, and material flow.\nBasic understanding of the end-to-end supply chain management lifecycle, from demand planning and SAP processes (PO, SO, DN, PGI, and invoicing), inventory, distribution, and supply allocation and fulfilment.\nAbility to understand business processes and translate them into SAP IBP functional designs and configurations.\nExperience with master data, key figures, planning views, alerts, and planning operators.\nExperience supporting testing, data validation, user training, and issue resolution.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams.\nPreferred Qualifications\nParticipation in at least one end-to-end SAP IBP implementation.\nExperience with SAP IBP Demand and/or Response and Supply planning methods, including heuristic or optimizer-based planning.\nKnowledge of SAP S/4HANA or SAPECC integration with SAP IBP.\nFamiliarity with SAP Cloud Integration for data services, integration jobs, and data troubleshooting.\nExperience working in a regional or multi-country supply chain environment.\nSAP IBP certification is an advantage.\nKey Competencies\nBusiness process and solution
