You will bring exceptional creative thought and craft output, developing and delivering projects from brief to end user.\nLocated in Berlin, Germany, as part of the AKQA team, you will work in an environment that fosters a dynamic and meritocratic culture, surrounded by some of the brightest minds in their fields.\nROLE REQUIREMENTS\nCreate visually exceptional digital interfaces, including websites, apps and products, with outstanding typography, layout, colour and motion sensibility, setting the visual bar for the team.\nLead design in pitches, turning rough ideas into persuasive, polished concepts and presenting them with confidence to help win new clients.\nBuild and maintain design systems, including Figma components, variables, and tokens.\nCreate compelling visual content and use AI image generation tools with a strong art direction eye, so outputs feel bespoke and on-brand.\nTranslate brand direction into distinctive mood boards, style guides and polished digital work and see it through tech handover to ship beautiful products.\nPresent design work confidently to stakeholders and build trusting relationships.\nDeliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.\nCollaborate closely with UX, strategy, and the wider product design team as a core member of the group.\nShare knowledge across Experience Design and AKQA, and mentor mid-level and junior designers, staying current on design and technology trends, and bringing new thinking into your work.\nQUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS\n4+ years within a dedicated digital design role.\nProven track record of designing beautiful, intuitive digital products\nStrong experience across Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools ( Principle, Framer, Protopie or similar).\nProficient in user-centred design methodologies and design thinking \nStrong communication skills.\nKnowledge of motion design is desirable but not essential.\nConceptual thinking is a plus.\nExplore our extensive range of benefits here\nWe believe great work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection.
