  • Поиск и подбор кандидатов на рабочие специальности
  • Организация и проведение адаптации новых сотрудников
  • Взаимодействие с руководителями подразделений по вопросам найма
  • Ведение отчетности и документации по подбору персонала
  • Участие в развитии HR-процессов компании
  • Влияние на метрики и воронку подбора
  • Подготовка и оформление приказов, ведение личных дел сотрудников
  • Ведение учета рабочего времени и отпусков
