Technical capabilities in these areas will be developed on the job, with the guidance and support of our experienced team.\nReporting to the Lead Data & Insights Engineer, you will work closely with experienced Data and AI Engineers, as well as construction and project teams, bridging engineering expertise with emerging technologies.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nAnalyze technical and financial data from construction projects to generate meaningful insights and support better decision-making\nDevelop data-driven models, standards, and tools in collaboration with engineers and project teams\nExplore and apply AI technologies, including Document AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), to solve practical challenges in construction\nTake ownership of assigned initiatives, from initial concept and design through development, implementation, and real-world adoption\nContinuously develop your expertise in data and AI, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices across the Group\nJob Qualifications and Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related engineering discipline\nA postgraduate degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Construction Management or a related field is preferred\nHands-on construction experience, gained in a construction site, technical office, cost estimation, procurement, project planning, or a related function\nA genuine interest in Data & AI, demonstrated through postgraduate studies, courses, practical projects, tools, or automation developed professionally or independently\nFamiliarity with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code or OpenAI Codex will be considered an advantage.\nStrong numerical and analytical skills, with very good knowledge of Excel and a willingness to develop proficiency in Python\nAbility to collaborate effectively with both construction professionals and Data & AI Engineers\nExcellent command of Greek and good command of English\nExperience with tools and platforms such as BIM, Primavera P6, SAP, or Power BI will be considered an advantage.\nThe Company Offers:\nA competitive compensation package\nPrivate medical insurance\nEngaging and challenging tasks within large-scale projects\nOpportunities for continuous learning and professional growth\nA positive and collaborative working environment\nCommitted to providing a healthy and safe workplace for all team members\nSocial Impact footprint:\nWe contribute to Greece's green transition!\nWe support Greek suppliers!\nWe achieve near-total recycling.
