partners.\n\nDevelop scalable creative templates, production systems, and workflows to support hundreds of marketing assets.\n\nPartner with Growth Marketing teams to translate campaign objectives into creative briefs and execution plans.\n\nEvaluate campaign performance data and recommend creative improvements to increase engagement and acquisition.\n\nConcept creative approaches for static assets, paid social campaigns, CTV advertisements, and branded placements.\n\nManage multiple creative projects, coordinate approvals, track deadlines, and ensure timely delivery.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve production efficiency using AI-powered creative tools.\n\nSupport copywriting and short-form marketing messaging when needed.\n\nMaintain awareness of emerging CTV and digital advertising formats, specifications, and creative best practices.\n\nQualifications:\n\nMinimum 5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, acquisition marketing, or related creative leadership roles.\n\nAdvanced expertise in visual design, typography, composition, hierarchy, and brand consistency.\n\nStrong understanding of video production, motion graphics, editorial pacing, and storytelling.\n\nDemonstrated experience reviewing large volumes of creative assets and providing effective creative direction.\n\nExperience building and managing scalable creative production processes and design systems.\n\nStrong understanding of marketing performance metrics and data-driven creative optimization.\n\nExperience managing creative projects from initial briefing through final delivery.\n\nAbility to oversee both design and video production without personally editing or animating every asset.\n\nProven experience coordinating internal creative teams and
